Exchange & Return Policy
At Zlooms Women, our customers are our first priority. Please see our easy exchange policy below. Alternatively, our customer care team can facilitate you on each step if you wish to exchange your purchased item(s).

Eligibility

  • Any article purchased online can be exchanged within 15 days, once the article has been delivered, given that the customer has proof of purchase.
  • Please note that articles purchased on discount or on sale are not eligible for exchange.

Proof of Purchase

  • This includes either a receipt or the online order confirmation email.

Conditions for Exchange

  • Articles are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, all tags are intact, the packing is in its original condition and the original invoice is present.
  • You will be required to share proof if you have received a defective article, in the wrong size, or is incorrect.
  • Additionally, articles that are delivered in boxes (such as Unstitched luxury products) must be returned with their original packaging.

Online Exchange Process

  • Please contact our customer service department by emailing us at info@zlooms.com or you can call us at (+92) 321 095 6667. Provide all the required information to our representative and if all the conditions of the exchange are met.
  • Zloom will not charge for any returns if the article(s) delivered to you are defected. If the customer wishes to return the article, even if the order was correct, then the customer will bear the expense of sending us the article(s).
  • The Complaint must be registered by contacting Customer Care from our website, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
  • It usually takes 7-10 days to complete the online exchange process after it has been verified.

RETURN POLICY

If you need to return an item, please follow our return policy:

  • Return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
  • The item(s) must be unused and have all tags intact
  • Please provide proof of your order, such as an order invoice or order confirmation email
  • Returns are accepted only if incorrect or damaged items were delivered

  • We will arrange for the item(s) to be picked up from your doorstep
  • Once we receive and verify the item(s), we will issue a credit voucher of the same value which can be used for the online store within 14 days from issuance.
